Once we receive your return shipment in good condition (undamaged and unused), we will process your refund within 14 days to the account number on record. It's important to note that both shipping costs and the risk associated with the return (e.g., if a package is lost during transit with PostNL) are your responsibility. To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we recommend sending it with Track & Trace.

Packaging Recommendations:

For the best chance of a successful return, please pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring a secure and protective enclosure (use a box, not an envelope).
If items are damaged during transportation due to inadequate packaging, we may not be able to issue a refund.
